No-Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of GEO AgentReady licenses, add-ons, and services are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Digital Product Nature

GEO AgentReady is a digital software product. Due to the nature of digital goods, once access or delivery has been provided, the transaction cannot be reversed. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the software, documentation, and associated resources.

3. Pre-Purchase Evaluation

We encourage all prospective buyers to:

  • Review the full feature list and documentation before purchasing
  • Evaluate the platform capabilities through our publicly available demo materials
  • Contact our support team with any questions prior to purchase
  • Ensure your server environment meets the minimum system requirements

4. What This Policy Covers

This no-refund policy applies to all products and services offered by GEO AgentReady, including but not limited to:

  • Personal License
  • Agency License
  • Developer Rights License
  • Auto-Update Engine subscription
  • Managed VPS Hosting subscription
  • Professional Installation service

5. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring subscriptions (Auto-Update Engine, Managed VPS Hosting), you may cancel future billing at any time. However:

  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle
  • Cancelled subscriptions cannot be partially refunded

6. Exceptions

In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may consider a credit (not refund) if:

  • A duplicate payment was charged due to a verified technical error
  • The software is proven to be fundamentally non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 days

Any such decision is made on a case-by-case basis and does not set precedent for future claims.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in immediate termination of your license and permanent ban from future purchases. We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks with full transaction documentation.

8. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this No-Refund Policy. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
